Welcome to Unlimited Portfolios ("we", "our", "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application.

2. Information We Collect

  • Financial Data: We store portfolio and trade data that you provide, such as stock tickers, transaction types, and quantities. We do not store brokerage account credentials.
  • Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Service, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Service.

3. Use of Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Service to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Email you regarding your account or order.
  • Generate a personal profile about you to make future visits to the Service more personalized.

4. Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and which features are used. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address and device information, which Google processes on our behalf. We have turned off Google signals and advertising personalization for our Analytics data, and we do not send your holdings, portfolio values, name or email address to Google Analytics.

When you arrive through a link with campaign tags (such as utm_source), we store those tags in your browser. If you create an account, we save them with your account so we can see which campaigns bring members.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load Google Analytics. You can also block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or with Google's opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

5. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
